Axovanyx began in 2015—then known as Intuit Business Solutions—focused on delivering trusted product sourcing solutions across the Caribbean. Our commitment to partnership and integrity quickly earned the trust of clients throughout Latin America and the United States, fueling steady growth and a reputation for reliability.

Recognizing our clients’ need for deeper support, we expanded in 2024, launching a supply chain consulting division led by experts with proven, real-world experience. Henry Charles Founder & President

Henry Charles founded Axovanyx in 2015 with a vision to build a premium sourcing and consulting firm grounded in trust, integrity, and customer-first solutions. As a strategic leader with a professional background spanning public sector leadership, operations management, and compliance oversight, Henry brings a unique ability to develop resilient supplier networks and deliver highly personalized client support.

Before Axovanyx, he held key leadership roles leading procurement efforts, managing complex projects, and helping organizations meet critical compliance objectives. His strong research capabilities, results-driven mindset, and unwavering commitment to customer excellence laid the foundation for Axovanyx’s success.

Today, Henry’s leadership continues to guide the company’s global growth, operational integrity and long-term partnerships.

Zayde Charles Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Zayde Charles joined Axovanyx as an equal partner in 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of leadership experience across global sourcing, supply chain innovation, manufacturing and strategic operations.

Before Axovanyx, Zayde held senior executive roles at a leading multinational consumer goods company, where she led major supply chain transformations, portfolio optimizations, and margin improvement initiatives across Europe, Latin America, North America and Africa/Eurasia — impacting multi-billion-dollar markets.

At Axovanyx, Zayde spearheads the growth of the Supply Chain Consulting division, leveraging her deep real-world expertise to help clients strengthen operational resilience, navigate complexity, and achieve sustainable growth. Her leadership embodies the spirit of innovation, partnership, and excellence that defines Axovanyx.
